Prior to art approval we offer full refunds within 24 hours of receiving a proof. However, due to the custom nature of our products we have a limited return policy. Once you have approved your artwork and proof, your order will enter production. After this, we are unable to offer cancellations or returns on merchandise, except in the rare case of a production error.
